As a child, I grew up in Vietnam where I learned the ethics of restaurant business. My mother and father also owned a restaurant in those years. In 1992, I immigrated to the United States with my parents. About 2 years later, I opened a restaurant named Saigon, Vietnam, and in 2005, I moved to St. Louis, Missouri entrusting the restaurant to my cousin. I then became a worker at the Asia Restaurant in Lumiere Casino. Presently, I am able to start my own business again with the help of my children. I also appreciate and thank the one person working behind the scenes to make this possible.
